Join Coach Lee Unsworth, UEFA A License, who spent over 15 years developing players in the Manchester United Youth Academy, for a unique three-day player and coach development experience. Throughout the camp, Coach Unsworth will present and deliver a complete six-week microcycle of activities, sharing the training methodology, session design, coaching points, and game principles used in one of the world’s most respected academy environments. Players will experience the activities on the field, while coaches gain insight into how elite youth development is structured and delivered at the highest level. The camp will explore the key principles that helped shape the development environments of former Manchester United academy players who progressed to the professional game, including Kobbie Mainoo, Anthony Elanga, Scott McTominay, and Mason Greenwood. Designed for U8–U12 boys (2019–2015 birth years) and youth coaches seeking to elevate their understanding of player development, this immersive experience provides a rare opportunity to learn directly from a coach who has worked within one of the most successful academy systems in world football. Every participant will receive an Elite Youth Formation Camp shirt and leave with practical knowledge, training concepts, and a deeper understanding of long-term player development. Coaches will get together with Coach Lee for a presentation on youth development and lunch 12-2pm on Thursday (July 2).
