WELCOME TO OUR SOCCER FAMILY
We are a group of football professionals that began working together in February 2025 with the aim of connecting soccer players, coaches and clubs with the best environments in the world.
We have a deep understanding of the youth soccer landscape in the United States, and of what it takes for young American players to make moves to MLS pro academies, MLS Next and ECNL clubs, and pro academies abroad.
Through out extensive network of football professionals we aim to connect people with opportunities, and to prepare those people to succeed.

Santiago
Cabrera
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Santi moved to the US at 9 years old. His passion for the game was born in Venezuela and he grew up playing in the US. He played NCAA D3 college soccer at Stevens Tech (NJ), and then began his coaching career at the New York Red Bulls (2012-2016), moving onto coach in the DA and MLS Next at Cedar Stars Academy Bergen (2016-2022), and then at Solar Soccer Club (2022-2025) where he coached U15-U19 MLS Next and ECNL boys teams. He provides a level of detail and ambition to player development that inspires players, and aims to coach at the highest level while helping take the sport to new heights in the US and Venezuela.
