We are a team of football professionals dedicated to connecting players, coaches, and clubs with the best development environments in the world.
With deep experience in both professional and elite youth football across the United States and Latin America, we understand what it truly takes for young players to move into MLS academies, MLS NEXT, ECNL, and professional academies abroad.
We also understand that a player’s journey is a family’s journey. Navigating leagues, unfamiliar clubs, travel decisions, and major life choices at a young age can feel overwhelming. Our role is to guide families through that process with honesty, experience, and care.
Through our trusted network of clubs and coaches, we create real opportunities — and just as importantly, we prepare players and families to succeed once those opportunities arrive.

Background
Youth development coach with 14+ years of experience working with elite players and clubs in the United States.
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Santi relocated to the US with his family at age 9. His football foundation began in Venezuela and was developed through the American club soccer & academy systems.
He played in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy at St. Louis Scott Gallagher, and college soccer at Stevens Institute of Technology before coaching at:

Background
Former professional player with 18+ years of experience in professional football operations, club consulting & player agency.
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Bacha grew up playing for Caligua FC and Araira FC, before earning a professional contract with first division side Deportivo Italchacao before the age of 16.
He went onto play for Caracas FC, Deportivo Galicia, and Maritimo FC before retiring.
