6-WEEK INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AGE GROUP U10 (2016) & U11 (2015) Boys DETAILS Dates: Fridays & Sundays (March 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29 + April 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26) Time: 3:45-5:00 PM Location: Lowell H. Strike Middle School, 8798 Scotty's Lk Ln, The Colony, TX 75056 INCLUDES This 6-week program includes twelve 75-minute training sessions in a small group of up to 8 outfield players and 2 goalkeepers, designed to accelerate individual technical development for U10–U11 players in a focused, high-repetition training environment. FOCUS The program focuses on building strong technical foundations at an early stage of development, helping players improve their comfort on the ball, confidence in possession, and ability to make simple decisions in game situations while also supporting their physical readiness for weekend competition. KEY TRAINING TOPICS • First touch and ball control • Dribbling and ball mastery • Passing and receiving • Moving to support teammates • Basic combination play (give-and-go) • Scanning and awareness before receiving • 1v1 attacking and protecting the ball METHODOLOGY • Each session integrates all seven technical topics, with progressive difficulty from week to week. • Training is designed to maximize touches on the ball, decision-making opportunities, and fun competitive situations that help young players learn and develop confidence. WEEKLY TRAINING STRUCTURE • Fridays — Match Preparation & Priming Sessions include an additional focus on physical load management and priming, ensuring players enter their weekend matches feeling sharp, confident, and physically ready to compete. • Sundays — Recovery & Technical Reinforcement Sessions place additional emphasis on recovery, rhythm, and technical quality, allowing players to refine technique, restore the body after weekend games, and reinforce key habits in a lower-load environment.
