6-WEEK INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AGE GROUP U14 (2012) & U15 (2011) Boys DETAILS Dates: Fridays & Sundays (March 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29 + April 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26) Time: 6:15 – 7:45 PM Location: Lowell H. Strike Middle School 8798 Scotty's Lk Ln, The Colony, TX 75056 INCLUDES This 6-week program includes twelve 75-minute training sessions in a small group of up to 8 outfield players and 2 goalkeepers, designed to accelerate individual technical development and speed of play for U14–U15 players competing in high-level environments. FOCUS • The program focuses on refining technical execution under pressure, improving decision-making speed, and developing the technical consistency required to perform at elite youth levels. • Sessions also help players manage physical readiness across demanding weekend match schedules. KEY TRAINING TOPICS • Movement to receive between lines • Combination play in tight spaces • Directional first touch under pressure • Body shape when receiving • Scanning and awareness before receiving • Short and long passing accuracy • Dribbling, ball mastery, and 1v1 effectiveness METHODOLOGY • Each session integrates all technical topics within game-realistic training environments, with progressively increasing speed, pressure, and decision-making demands week-to-week. • The objective is to help players transfer technical quality directly into competitive match situations. WEEKLY TRAINING STRUCTURE • Fridays — Match Preparation & Priming: sessions emphasize sharpness, rhythm, and neural activation, ensuring players enter weekend matches feeling fresh, confident, and technically ready to compete at a high level. • Sundays — Recovery & Technical Reinforcement: sessions focus on technical precision, rhythm, and controlled repetition, allowing players to restore the body after competition while reinforcing key technical habits.
